The inclusion of Munich malt, oats, and wheat creates a velvety, soft foundation that balances the aggressive whirlpool and dry-hop additions. Despite its strength, the bitterness remains integrated and approachable, favoring juicy saturation over harsh resin. The German and English base malts provide a clean, slightly bready backdrop that allows the hop character to shine, finishing with a smooth, lingering fruitiness and a well-hidden 8% ABV.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (8-10 SRM). Features a persistent, dense white head with fine lacing. While the style allows clarity, the use of oats and wheat creates a soft, attractive haze.
