This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer presents a striking sensory profile defined by a massive addition of fresh Scottish cherries. The aroma is a concentrated burst of jammy red fruit, underscored by the fragrant, floral sweetness of Madagascan vanilla. On the palate, the interplay between bright, lactic tartness and a rich, pastry-like sweetness creates a dessert-forward experience.
