This Straight Sour Beer captures the essence of a classic dessert through a complex sensory balancing act. The profile is defined by a sharp, refreshing acidity from mid-ferment additions of key lime juice, delivering a bright and zesty citrus punch. A sturdy malt backbone featuring fifty percent wheat and toasted biscuit malt provides a savory, pie-crust foundation.
