Designed as a modern showcase of a single hop, this American IPA bursts with a prominent sensory display driven entirely by Simcoe hops. A massive dry-hopping rate of fifteen grams per liter unleashes intense aromas of dank pine resin, passionfruit, and bright grapefruit flesh. The sensory journey begins with a clean, golden pour beneath a dense white foam. On the palate, a crisp, dry malt backbone allows the complex hop character to dominate, balancing firm bitterness with notes of resinous pine, tropical citrus, and a hint of earthy black pepper. It finishes clean and dry, urging another sip of this lupulin-charged collaboration.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity and a medium-sized, off-white head that demonstrates excellent persistence and leaves thick, clingy lacing.

Aroma. High to intense hop aroma showcasing clean pine resin, grapefruit, and tropical passionfruit. Supported by a very low, clean, neutral grain malt profile with no noticeable fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is clean and sharply bitter. Prominent hop flavors of resinous pine, grapefruit pith, and damp earth. Supported by a low, neutral malt character. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, firm, and clean hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate carbonation, yielding a dry finish without any harsh, astringent, or grassy hop burn.
