This American IPA delivers a high-intensity sensory experience driven by the use of Citra Lupomax and Mosaic Lupomax concentrated pellets, alongside the unique influence of Nelson Sauvin hops. Aromatic layers of crushed gooseberry and Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Nelson Sauvin meld seamlessly with the punchy grapefruit zest of Citra and the complex berry-meets-tropical fruit profile of Mosaic. The palate is defined by this saturated hop character, supported by a restrained, grainy malt backbone. It finishes clean and dry with a persistent, firm bitterness, emphasizing a modern, hop-forward profile that remains incredibly bright and expressive.

Appearance. Color is medium gold (7 SRM). Topped with a medium-sized, white, persistent head with fine lacing. Clarity is clear with a very light, soft haze from heavy hopping.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring grapefruit and lime zest from Citra, tropical blueberry and papaya from Mosaic, and a distinctive white grape character from Nelson Sauvin. Malt is low and grainy-sweet. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. High hop flavor echoes the aroma with vibrant notes of passion fruit, gooseberry, and citrus peel. Bitterness is medium-high and clean. Low crackery malt flavor provides a neutral foundation. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, resinous, and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily hop texture. Carbonation is medium-high. Provides a very light, smooth alcohol warmth without any harshness or astringency.
