This Berliner Weisse reimagines the traditional German wheat beer as a decadent dessert profile. It balances the style’s signature sharp lactic acidity with the lush, jammy intensity of cherry concentrate. While the classic base provides a foundation of soft, doughy wheat and high effervescence, the addition of milk sugar rounds out the sharp edges, offering a creamy, à la mode mouthfeel that lingers on the palate.
