Time Moves Slow is a refined Kölsch that marries old-world tradition with a contemporary hop profile. The pour reveals a brilliant golden hue, topped with a delicate white foam. On the nose, a soft, grainy-sweet malt foundation is elevated by the distinct dry-hop addition of Hallertau Blanc, contributing nuanced notes of white grape, elderflower, and lemongrass. The palate is light and incredibly clean, balancing gentle bready notes with a subtle pear-like fruitiness.
