42° Parallel is a vibrant New Zealand Pilsner that balances traditional German malts with the expressive profile of modern Southern Hemisphere hops. Brewed to a sessionable 4% ABV, it opens with a punchy aroma driven by Nectaron and Superdelic hops, delivering distinct citric and pine notes alongside hints of tropical stone fruit. The palate is defined by rich fruity flavours that play against a clean, bready malt backbone. While it presents a persistent cloudy white head, the finish is remarkably crisp and refreshing. This award-winning collaboration exemplifies the modern pilsner style, where bright, resinous accents meet a smooth, highly drinkable structure.
