This bright American IPA leads with a vibrant aromatic display driven by Loral and Centennial hops. Appearance. Medium gold color (approximately 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring distinct floral and herbal notes from Loral, complemented by the bold grapefruit and light pine characteristic of Centennial. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt aroma supports the hop profile. Fermentation is clean with negligible esters.
Taste. Hop-forward initial impression with flavors of lemon, grapefruit, and wildflower honey. Malt character is low and crackery, providing a subtle foundation without residual sweetness. Medium-high bitterness is clean and crisp, never harsh. Finishes dry with a lingering hoppy and citrusy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively mouthfeel. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 6.5% ABV.
