Denovo is a refined Munich Helles that celebrates the delicate balance of traditional German lager technique with a subtle modern twist. The core of the experience is built on German Pilsner malt, which provides a plush, bready foundation and a soft, grainy sweetness throughout the palate. While bitterness remains intentionally low, a light touch of Huell Melon hops introduces nuanced hints of honeydew and ripe strawberry, adding a sophisticated layer to the clean, well-lagered fermentation profile. It pours a brilliant pale gold with a creamy head, offering a rounded palate and a smooth, dry finish that emphasizes elegant malt craftsmanship and high drinkability.
Appearance. Pale gold color (approximately 4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a persistent, creamy white head that leaves light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy-sweet and bready malt notes. Low hop aroma with subtle hints of honeydew and summer fruit from the Huell Melon additions. Clean fermentation profile with no diacetyl or sulfur.
Taste. Moderately malty start with a suggestion of sweetness and a soft, bready malt flavor derived from German Pilsner malt. Low bitterness provides just enough support to prevent a cloying finish.
