This German Pilsner reimagines a classic continental profile by layering traditional German Pilsner malt with a distinctively British hop bill. A foundation of grainy, cracker-like malt from the German Pilsner malt is lifted by a subtle touch of wheat, providing a clean canvas for the Swiss lager yeast to shine. The sensory experience is defined by a sharp, refreshing bitterness and a bone-dry finish, bridging the gap between German precision and English botanical depth.
Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3 SRM); brilliant clarity with a tall, creamy, long-lasting white head and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate-high hop aroma featuring earthy, herbal, and slightly woody notes, complemented by a spicy floral quality. Low grainy-sweet malt character reminiscent of water crackers and a hint of honey. Exceptionally clean fermentation profile.
