This Pacific Coast Double IPA delivers an assertive West Coast sensory experience defined by a complex hop quartet. Citra and Centennial lead with vibrant layers of grapefruit zest and floral blossoms, while Chinook provides a classic resinous pine backbone that anchors the profile. Cashmere adds a modern nuance of ripe melon and lemon peel. The malt presence remains lean and neutral, serving only to support the intense hop saturation without competing for attention. It finishes remarkably dry and crisp, showcasing a firm bitterness that lingers alongside bright citrus oils, epitomizing the clean, drinkable strength characteristic of the Double IPA style.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with brilliant clarity. It supports a moderate-sized, persistent white head that leaves decorative lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring grapefruit, tropical fruit, and floral notes. A distinct resinous pine and spicy character is present, supported by a low, neutral, grainy maltiness. The fermentation profile is clean with no significant esters.
