This vibrant American Pale Ale delivers on its promise of liquid mango juice, seamlessly merging the tropical intensity of New World hops with a lush, fruit-forward profile. Styled as a New England-influenced pale ale, it presents a rich, mango-infused aroma supported by subtle, doughy malt. On the palate, a wave of sweet, juicy mango is balanced by a soft, moderate hop bitterness. Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM) with a persistent, dense, fluffy white head that leaves excellent lacing. Distinctly hazy to opaque, consistent with its New England influence, yet glowing with an attractive orange-yellow hue.
Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by fresh, sweet mango puree and ripe tropical fruits. Supported by prominent New World hop notes of citrus peel, passion fruit, and a touch of pine. Underlying malt character is low and neutral, reminiscent of soft wheat or bready dough. Clean fermentation profile with no distracting esters.
Taste. High-impact initial impression of juicy, sweet mango and tropical peach. The malt is supportive and bready, providing a soft backdrop without caramel sweetness. Hop bitterness is moderate, clean, and perfectly balanced against the rich fruit sugars. Finishes off-dry and exceptionally smooth, with a lingering, pleasant aftertaste of fresh mango pulp and citrusy hops.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, velvety, and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the luscious, juice-like mouthfeel. Displays a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth from its 6% ABV, without any harshness or hop astringency.
