ULTIMA I Am Here
This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant blend of Enigma and Bru-1 hops, delivering an intense aromatic profile. Dominant notes of fresh-cut pineapple and ripe stone fruit from the Bru-1 lead the experience, while Enigma contributes complex layers of redcurrant and subtle white grape. A soft, grainy malt backbone supports the hop-forward character without adding sweetness. The appearance is a glowing, straw-colored haze with a pillowy white head. On the palate, the juicy fruit flavors transition into a smooth, rounded finish with very low perceived bitterness, making this 6% ABV pour exceptionally approachable and refreshing.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head and high retention. Distinctly hazy, almost opaque with a soft, glowing shine.
Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by tropical and stone fruits. Pronounced pineapple and melon from Bru-1 mingle with redcurrant and light vinous notes from Enigma. Background malt is clean and lightly bready; no caramel or toast present.
Taste. Immediate impact of juicy pineapple, peach, and red berries. Low bitterness that is well-masked by a soft, grainy malt profile. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a lingering impression of tropical fruit salad and no harsh hop burn.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth and approachable with no astringency and a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
