It presents a brilliant, pale straw appearance and a clean aromatic profile defined by subtle grainy sweetness and a faint, airy corn-like presence. On the palate, the experience is exceptionally neutral and well-attenuated, offering a light malt backbone that balances seamlessly with a low, understated floral hop character. The high carbonation provides a brisk, prickly sensation that leads into a bone-dry and remarkably short finish, ensuring a thirst-quenching character that remains effortless and clean with every sip.
Appearance. Very pale straw to light yellow (approx. 2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a bright white, frothy head that dissipates relatively quickly, leaving minimal lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity and very clean. Subtle notes of sweet grain and a light, corn-like adjunct aroma are present. Hop aroma is very low to absent, though a faint hint of floral or spicy notes may be detected. Clean fermentation with no esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Neutral and crisp with a very light grainy malt flavor. A slight corn-like sweetness is perceived initially but is quickly offset by a low hop bitterness. Hop flavor is very low, leaning towards a delicate herbal or floral quality. The finish is short, clean, and decidedly dry, with no lingering harshness or malt heaviness.
Mouthfeel. Light body with very high carbonation, providing a distinct carbonic bite on the tongue. Smooth and thin texture without any astringency or alcohol warmth.
