The addition of Fetească Neagră grape juice introduces deep layers of black cherry and plum, while the Ethiopia Boku cold-brew coffee contributes vibrant floral notes and a subtle berry-like acidity rather than traditional roastiness. A lively wild fermentation provides a sharp, lactic tang that cuts through the rich fruit profile, revealing earthy funk and leather. The interplay between the grape tannins and the bright coffee profile creates a structured, wine-like complexity, finishing bone-dry with a lingering vinous elegance and refreshing acidity.
Appearance. Deep ruby to garnet with a slight haze; pours with a thin, pinkish-tan head that dissipates quickly into a fine ring of lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics featuring a complex blend of dark red fruit esters, vinous grape notes, and the distinctive floral, jasmine-like scent of Ethiopia Boku coffee.
