Uinta Brewing Company

This refreshing take on a German Pils radiates summertime brightness, balancing a traditional Continental Pilsner malt base with a vibrant citrus twist. The initial sensory pull is defined by a zesty lime infusion that complements the moderately-high flowery and spicy character of traditional German hops. Underneath the citrus, look for delicate notes of toasted cracker and a hint of honeyed sweetness from the malt. Brilliant clarity and a crisp, dry finish make this highly drinkable. Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring forward fresh lime zest alongside flowery and spicy German hops. Low grainy-sweet, doughy, and cracker-like malt character with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial malty sweetness reminiscent of toasted crackers and light honey, quickly overtaken by bright lime citrus and a medium-high hop bitterness. Finishes very dry and crisp with lingering notes of lime and spicy hops.
