Az emlékezetes kezdet és a sör szeretete hobbivá alakította a sörfőzést. Eközben teltek-múltak az évek, pontosabban öt. A technika kifinomult, a söreink pedig egyre jobbak és különlegesebbek lettek.
Közben, természetesen dolgoztunk de fokozatosan kiégtünk, ami után hagytuk az egészet a fenébe és rájöttünk, hogy eddig igazából nem is dolgoztunk. Sőt, igazán nem is élveztük, amit csináltunk.
Most teljes állásban sört főzünk. A konyhai technikát leváltotta egy 500 nm-es, 9000 liternyi erjesztőtér kapacitású sörfőzde, ami a legmodernebb technikai előírásoknak is megfelel, mi pedig keményebben melózunk, mint eddig bármikor. De tudjátok mit? Kezdjük élvezni az izomlázat és sokszor hiányoljuk is, ha éppen nincsen.A közhely valóban igaz. Vidékről tényleg nehezebb. Hangosabban kell kiabálni, még korábban kell kelni, találékonyabbnak kell lenni, és legfőképp szédületesen jó söröket kell csinálni.
A jó hír, hogy a négy dologból hárommal sosem volt problémánk, a korán kelést pedig megoldjuk.
Imádjuk a történeteket, a meséket és konteókat a saját magunk módján tovább gondolni. Ezek a karakterek, történetek élmények és hangulatok köszönnek vissza a söreinkben. Ezért van az, hogy az Ugar nem pusztán sör!Így csináljuk mi. Élvezzétek az ízeket és a meséket.
