Appearance. Deep straw to light orange (approx 5 SRM) with a characteristic opaque, luminous haze. It is crowned by a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves consistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring a lush bouquet of tropical and stone fruits. Prominent notes of ripe pineapple and sweet peach are accented by a bright, citrusy mandarin zest. A background of clean, bready, and grainy malt provides a subtle foundation, while neutral fermentation esters harmonize with the New Zealand hop profile.
Taste. The flavor is an intense saturation of tropical fruit, dominated by juicy pineapple and fleshy peach, followed by a sweet citrus mandarin mid-palate.
