This Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA radiates a celestial intensity, defined by a massive hop saturation that translates into a vibrant, tropical profile. The use of wheat malt creates a soft, pillowy foundation for the 'five-dimensional' fruit character to take center stage. Expect a lush explosion of ripe mango and bright citrus, followed by delicate floral notes of lychee and a nostalgic fruit candy sweetness. Despite the high hop volume, the bitterness is remarkably restrained and smooth, leading into a juicy, off-dry finish. It is a modern, fruit-forward expression that balances high-intensity aromatics with a plush, approachable texture.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM) with an opaque, luminous haze and a glowing sheen. Supports a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity with a dominant tropical and citrus hop character. Powerful notes of mango, lychee, and orange zest are complemented by a light, bready, grainy malt background and a subtle sweet candy ester profile. Clean fermentation with no harsh alcohol or grassiness.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring mango, citrus, and lychee candy. Low bready malt flavor provides a supportive, neutral base. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low, appearing soft and well-integrated rather than sharp. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy tropical aftertaste.
