This Hazy IPA presents an intense, tropical sensory profile led by a massive dry-hop charge. Citra hops drive dominant notes of succulent mango, zesty grapefruit, and ripe orange, while Nelson Sauvin adds a sophisticated layer of crushed white grapes and passionfruit. The grist, featuring a significant proportion of Oats and Wheat Malt, creates a signature pillowy softness and a dense, opaque straw-colored appearance. A subtle hint of spice from Rye Malt provides depth to the bready malt backbone. The finish is remarkably juicy and smooth, balancing lush fruit esters with a restrained bitterness that emphasizes hop flavor over harshness.
Appearance. Pours a radiant, pale straw to light gold (3-5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a soft glow. It is topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and heavy lacing.
