This refreshing Weissbier offers a fragrant twist on the classic Bavarian style by incorporating local Valencian orange peel and orange blossom honey. The backbone features the traditional bready, doughy character of malted wheat and Pilsner malt, harmonizing with the signature banana and clove fermentation profile. The orange peel enhances the citrus brightness, while the honey provides a delicate floral lift without adding cloying sweetness. Effervescent and bright, it maintains a crisp, dry finish. It balances traditional German craftsmanship with regional Spanish ingredients, resulting in a vibrant, summer-ready wheat beer with a distinctive aromatic complexity.

Appearance. Pale straw to gold in color (2–6 SRM). It features a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing. The beer is characteristically hazy with a soft, protein-rich sheen from the yeast and wheat.

Aroma. High intensity with dominant banana esters and moderate clove-like phenols. Bready, doughy wheat notes are prominent, complemented by a distinct citrus brightness from Valencian orange peel and a delicate, floral perfume from orange blossom honey. No hop aroma or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial soft, bready malt sweetness is followed by a well-balanced profile of banana and clove. The Valencian orange peel adds a zesty citrus layer, while the orange blossom honey provides floral complexity without residual heaviness. Bitterness is very low, allowing the yeast character to shine. The finish is relatively dry, clean, and highly refreshing.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a fluffy, creamy texture. High carbonation creates a spritzy, effervescent sensation on the tongue. There is no perceived alcohol warmth and no astringency.
