This refreshing Fruit Beer, built upon the Tyris Original base, offers a vibrant sensory journey tailored for warm weather. The sensory profile is defined by a delicate equilibrium between citric acidity and a gentle sugary roundness, providing an immediate cooling sensation. Appearance. Soft golden (3-5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a white, low-persistence head that leaves minimal lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of fresh lemon and sweet, ripe melon. Low grainy malt sweetness persists in the background. Hop aroma is nearly imperceptible, and the fermentation profile is clean with no significant yeast esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a bright burst of tart lemon and sweet melon. Features a well-balanced acid-sweet profile. The base beer provides light, crackery malt flavors mid-palate. Bitterness is very low, contributing only a slight structure. The finish is short, clean, and highly refreshing.
Mouthfeel. Light body with moderate-to-high carbonation that enhances the refreshing quality. No alcohol warmth is present. Smooth texture with no astringency.
