This crisp, alternative grain lager presents a refreshing take on the German Pilsner, utilizing Vienna Millet Malt to craft a light-bodied profile. The pour is a brilliant, light pale straw color, releasing bright, fruitful aromas of tangerine and zesty citrus. On the palate, the delicate graininess of the Vienna Millet Malt provides a subtle, bready foundation for the vibrant hop notes to shine. It maintains a smooth, clean fermentation profile, finishing with a sharp, refreshing snap and a lingering citrus brightness. The balance is decidedly toward the hops and grain, making it an exceptionally approachable and easy-drinking sessionable lager.

Appearance. Light pale straw color (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a thin but persistent white head that leaves light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate aroma intensity featuring prominent citrus notes of tangerine and lemon zest. A distinct, delicate grainy sweetness from the Vienna Millet Malt provides a bready, slightly nutty background. Clean fermentation with no diacetyl or sulfur.

Taste. Initial impression of crisp, clean grain with a light bready sweetness. Hop flavors follow with tangerine and citrus notes. Moderate bitterness provides a firm structure. The finish is dry, sharp, and refreshing, leaving a clean aftertaste of citrus and delicate grain.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a crisp, smooth texture. Moderate to high carbonation provides a lively, refreshing sensation. No perceived alcohol warmth.
