This gluten-free American IPA, brewed as an Alternative Grain Beer, presents a vibrant hop profile driven by Galaxy and Mosaic. Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent tropical fruit, passionfruit, and guava from Galaxy, alongside blueberry and citrus from Mosaic. Malt profile is moderate to low, exhibiting a distinctive toasted grain or cereal-like quality; fermentation is clean with no esters.

Taste. High hop flavor mirrors the aroma with layers of grapefruit, peach, and pine. Medium-high bitterness is well-defined. Malt flavor is lean but present, offering a crisp, grainy, cracker-like quality. Finishes dry with a lingering hop resin and citrus peel aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body, slightly thinner than traditional barley-based versions due to the alternative grain bill. Moderate to high carbonation provides a crisp snap. Very low alcohol warmth; smooth with no astringency.
