This American Lager presents a refined, refreshing profile built upon a foundation of Irish Lager malt and a touch of Melano light malt, which imparts a subtle golden depth. The aromatic profile is delicate, leading with faint grainy sweetness and a whisper of floral and spicy notes derived from German Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. On the palate, it is exceptionally clean and crisp, showing a neutral malt character and a restrained, well-balanced bitterness. The fermentation is impeccable, leaving no esters and allowing the high carbonation to accentuate a dry, sophisticated finish that highlights its effortless drinkability.

Appearance. Clear, medium yellow with a brilliant clarity. Topped by a white, frothy head with moderate retention.
