This modern West Coast-style IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience led by a massive hop profile of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Rakau. A pale, lean malt base featuring Pilsner and Golden Promise with a touch of Wheat provides a crisp, clean canvas for the hops to take center stage. The aroma is dominated by New Zealand hop character, offering pungent notes of white wine, crushed pine needles, and juicy pineapple chunks. On the palate, a firm bitterness supports flavors of pithy orange and tropical fruit, leading to a dry, refreshing finish. It showcases a bright, hop-forward balance typical of a contemporary American IPA.

Appearance. Pale gold (approx. 6-7 SRM). Topped with a persistent, medium-sized white head leaving fine lacing. Generally clear with a very slight, modern sheen.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring distinctive Nelson Sauvin notes of white wine and gooseberry, complemented by Motueka lime zest and Rakau resinous pine and stone fruit. A low, clean, grainy-sweet malt presence from the Pilsner and Golden Promise underpins the fruit-forward bouquet.

Taste. Assertive hop flavors of juicy pineapple and pithy orange dominate the initial impression. The mid-palate reveals resinous pine and white grape notes. Medium-high bitterness is clean and well-integrated. The malt provides a light, bready support without residual sweetness, finishing very dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Medium-high carbonation provides a refreshing bite. Very low alcohol warmth is well-integrated at 6% ABV.
