This unfiltered take on a Munich Helles presents a rustic, sensory-rich experience driven by Weyermann Premium Pilsner malt. The aroma is defined by inviting notes of crusty bread and dried hay, accented by a subtle, bright lemon zest. Despite its unfiltered nature, the beer maintains a sophisticated balance, where the grainy-sweetness of the malt is primary but met by a moreish, herbal bitterness. Six weeks of lagering ensures a clean, smooth profile, while the natural carbonation from spunding yields a dense, resilient foam. It concludes with a soft, dry finish that emphasizes its clean fermentation and refreshing, crushable character.

Appearance. Pale gold (SRM 4-5); naturally slightly hazy due to being unfiltered; features a dense, resilient, and creamy white head with excellent persistence.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy-sweet malt, crusty bread, and doughy notes. Low to moderate herbal and spicy hop character with distinct nuances of hay and a touch of lemon zest. Very clean fermentation profile.
