Appearance. Gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Persistent, moderate-sized, off-white head with good lacing. Clear to slight haze.
Aroma. High to intense hop intensity featuring overripe mango, papaya, and white wine grapes. A distinct dank, resinous quality is present. Low, neutral, grainy malt character in the background with a clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors dominated by tropical fruit, papaya, and mango. Firm, moderately high bitterness that remains smooth rather than harsh. Low supportive malt flavor with no significant caramel. Finish is medium-dry and clean with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Subtle, restrained alcohol warmth that is well-integrated. Low astringency.
