This Amber Keller showcases a rich foundation of Weyermann Barke pilsner malt and Munich malt, resulting in a deeply bready and grainy-sweet character. Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (5-7 SRM). Clear to very slightly hazy. Persistent, creamy off-white head with good lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high grainy-sweet malt intensity featuring toasted bread and fresh cracker notes from the Barke pilsner and Munich malts. Low spicy and herbal hop aroma. Very clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression of rich, doughy maltiness. Flavor is dominated by grainy-sweet malt and a soft, toasted bread quality. Low to moderately-low bitterness provides balance without becoming sharp. Finishes soft and dry with a lingering bready malt aftertaste and subtle floral hop notes.
