Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. A sharp, lemony tartness leads the bouquet, supported by a grainy, doughy malt character. The pink peppercorns contribute distinct floral, berry-like, and lightly herbal notes. A clean, mineral sea salt aroma is present but restrained, with no detectable hop character.
Taste. Immediate, refreshing sourness of medium-high intensity reminiscent of fresh lemon. The malt provides a soft, bready backdrop. Pink peppercorn flavors mirror the aroma, adding a delicate peppery spice and red fruit hint. The salt character is noticeable but not overwhelming, enhancing the flavors and balancing the acidity rather than hops.
