This bold Double IPA delivers a high-intensity sensory experience driven by a punchy duo of Sabro and Mosaic hops. The aroma leads with tropical complexity, blending Sabro’s signature coconut and soft cream notes with Mosaic's vibrant layers of blueberry, pine, and citrus. On the palate, a deceptive smoothness masks its 9% strength, offering a firm but clean bitterness that balances a lean, crackery malt backbone. The finish is remarkably dry, leaving a lingering impression of resinous hop oils and tropical fruit. It is a powerful, fruit-forward ale with a refined, subtle character that belies its significant alcoholic potency.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (8-10 SRM) with a moderate, persistent off-white head. Good clarity, with only a very slight haze from heavy dry-hop oils.

Aroma. High intensity hop bouquet featuring prominent coconut, pineapple, and tropical fruit from the Sabro, alongside Mosaic’s blueberry and resinous pine. A neutral, low-intensity grainy maltiness sits in the background.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of citrus, stone fruit, and cedar. Bitterness is high and firm but smooth, lacking harshness. The malt character is low and clean, like toasted cracker, allowing a dry to medium-dry finish with a lingering tropical and resinous aftertaste.
