This American IPA pays homage to the pioneering spirit of the West Coast with a classic, hop-forward profile centered on traditional C-hops. It presents a distinctive red glow in the glass, hinting at a sturdy malt base that offers subtle notes of caramel. The sensory experience is led by a zesty citrus brightness, characteristic of those foundational hops, layered with intriguing woody and resinous aromas. On the palate, a firm bitterness provides a clean, dry finish, perfectly balancing the toasted malt undertones. Appearance. Deep gold to light reddish-amber (12–14 SRM); brilliant clarity; medium-sized, off-white head with excellent persistence and lacing.
