Secret Seduction is a vibrant and unconventional take on the Berliner Weisse, offering a sensuous interplay of sharp tartness and jammy fruit. It presents a crisp, golden character with a slight haze, leading with a potent aromatic profile defined by dank notes of strawberry and grapefruit. The infusion of gooseberries provides a deep, jammy fruitiness that complements the clean lactic acidity. Earthy and floral undertones swirl through a light, doughy malt backbone, resulting in a refreshing and bone-dry finish. Appearance. Straw to pale golden (2–3 SRM) with a slight, persistent haze. It features a large, dense white head with poor retention, typical of the style, and very high effervescence.

Aroma. High intensity lactic sourness is dominant, followed by a complex bouquet of jammy gooseberries and floral notes. Distinctive dank aromas of strawberry and grapefruit are prominent. A supporting background of raw bread dough and grainy wheat provides a subtle foundation.

Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, clean lactic sourness that dominates the palate, immediately met by the flavor of jammy gooseberries. A doughy, grainy wheat malt flavor is noticeable but restrained. Hop bitterness is undetectable, with balance provided entirely by acidity.
