Two Chefs Brewing

This Double IPA delivers a chillingly intense sensory experience, defined by a savage hop presence that dominates the profile. A brilliant golden pour reveals a complex aromatic landscape where bright tropical fruits and sharp citrus zest collide with resinous pine. On the palate, a massive wave of bitterness hits with authority, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone that keeps the focus squarely on the hops. Despite its robust strength, the beer finishes surprisingly dry and crisp, leaving a lingering trail of fruit-forward hop oils and a smooth, well-integrated warmth that perfectly counters its icy winter persona.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper with good clarity and a moderate-sized, persistent white head that leaves resilient lacing.
