Recreating the historic nineteenth-century journey, this English IPA presents a beautifully balanced, tradition-forward profile. It centers on classic British hops, which release an inviting bouquet of light spice, earthy grassy tones, and a distinct, refreshing hint of mint aromas. Supported by a clean, bready, and lightly toasty malt base, it delivers an assertive yet smooth bitterness. Appearance. Deep golden to copper-amber with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderate, thick, off-white head that demonstrates great retention and leaves a fine lacing on the glass.
