Heavenly Plummet is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that balances a rustic wild fermentation with a sophisticated botanical profile. Deep stone fruit characters from a truckload of plums provide a jammy, tart foundation that evolves on the palate. The infusion of lemon verbena introduces a fragrant, citrus-peel brightness and herbaceous botanical complexity, while a dash of black pepper provides a subtle, warming spice on the finish.
