Two Chefs Brewing East Coast presents a modern, fruit-forward take on the classic American IPA. A gentle, soft haze introduces a vibrant bouquet dominated by lush peach and sweet blueberry hop aromas, backed by subtle tropical fruit notes. On the palate, a delicate, clean malt sweetness emerges early, offering a smooth canvas for the expressive hop character. This initial sweetness transitions into a firm, clean bitterness that keeps the beer crisp. The finish is remarkably balanced, delivering a lingering wave of stone fruit and berry hop flavors alongside a refreshing, dry-edged bitterness.
Appearance. Medium gold color with a persistent, light haze. Features a medium-sized, off-white head with good retention that leaves fine lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity aroma showcasing prominent sweet blueberry and ripe peach notes, supported by subtle tropical fruit and light citrus. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a supportive background, maintaining a highly clean fermentation profile.
