Celebrating a decade of brewing, this Double IPA is a vibrant, intensified evolution of the brewery's heritage. A massive dry-hop addition of Citra and Centennial drives a powerful sensory profile defined by citrus zest, aromatic lemongrass, and exotic kaffir lime. While it commands a notable presence, the experience is defined by a surprisingly smooth malt foundation that balances the hoppy hyperdrive without the harshness often found in the style. The result is a bright, modern interpretation where the hop-forward intensity of a Double IPA meets a refreshing, drinkable finish, showcasing a decade of technical refinement through layered fruit and floral notes.

Appearance. Deep gold with light orange-copper highlights; clear with a very slight haze from heavy dry-hop saturation. Maintains a moderate-sized, persistent white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring punchy notes of lemon zest, fresh grapefruit, and distinct herbal lemongrass. Subtle floral undertones merge with a unique kaffir lime character. Background malt is clean and neutral, providing a grainy foundation that supports the hops without competition. Very low, clean alcohol presence.

Taste. Immediate burst of citrus and lime leaf flavors. Citra provides orange and grapefruit notes, while Centennial adds a floral and light resinous touch. Malt flavor is low and soft, reminiscent of white bread crust. Bitterness is firm but remarkably smooth and well-integrated, avoiding any harshness.
