This 7.2% ABV ale pours with a striking berry-stained hue, delivering an intense aromatic medley of forest fruits. Tangy raspberries lead the profile with a vibrant intensity, supported by the earthy tartness of blackberries and a delicate, floral character reminiscent of blueberries. The wild fermentation imparts a complex layer of rustic funk and a sharp, refreshing lactic acidity that cuts through the fruit richness. Effervescent and remarkably dry, it finishes with a lingering, zesty fruit character and a clean, puckering snap.
