This American Pale Ale offers a modern, juicy interpretation of the style, led by an intricate hop profile. The hot-side additions of Idaho 7, Loral, and HBC 586 establish a foundation of stone fruit and subtle floral notes. A heavy dry-hop regimen featuring Motueka, Nelson, and Citra erupts with vibrant bursts of lime, white grape, and tropical lychee. A clean, neutral malt base provides just enough support to let the hop complexity shine without interference.
