This modern American Pale Ale delivers a vibrant, contemporary sensory experience, heavily showcasing the intense tropical and zesty qualities of Citra Cryo hops. Beneath a soft, inviting haziness, it unfolds with enticing aromas of sweet mango, exotic lychee, and bright citrus zest. On the palate, a low-gravity but supportive pale malt backbone allows flavors of juicy pineapple and fresh peach to shine, balanced by a clean, passionfruit-like bitterness. Delightfully sessionable at 4.2% ABV, it finishes dry and highly refreshing, perfectly wedding the juicy, hop-forward character of modern pale ales with exceptional drinkability.

Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 5 SRM) with a slight, yeast-induced haze. It features a moderately large, frothy white head with good retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high aroma of tropical fruits, featuring prominent notes of ripe mango, sweet lychee, and bright citrus. The malt back-drop is low and neutrally grainy, supporting the hop presentation without any caramel interference.

Taste. Begins with a juicy rush of tropical fruit flavors, notably sweet pineapple and soft peach. The hop bitterness is moderate and presents as passionfruit zest. The malt flavor is low and clean, offering a neutral foundation. It finishes dry and clean with a lingering, refreshing fruity-hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. It has a soft, smooth texture on the palate without any harshness or hop astringency, and lacks any perceptible alcohol warmth.
