This Hazy IPA showcases the vibrant, modern profile of the New Zealand Superdelic hop. It pours with a signature opaque glow, leading into a high-intensity bouquet of sweet tropical fruit. Distinctive notes of ripe strawberry and tart raspberry dominate the aromatics, supported by a clean, grainy malt backbone. On the palate, the mouthfeel is remarkably soft and smooth, allowing the berry-forward hop character to shine without being overshadowed by harsh bitterness. Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a thick, meringue-like white head and excellent retention. Opaque, hazy clarity with a soft, luminous sheen and no visible sediment or yeast clumps.
