Appearance. Pale gold (5 SRM) with a thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head. The appearance is notably hazy with a characteristic yeast and wheat-derived shine.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent banana esters and clove-like phenols are well-balanced against a soft, bready, and doughy wheat aroma. Accents of herbal, citrusy cardamom and subtle cola spices like cinnamon and nutmeg add aromatic complexity.
Taste. Initial impression is soft and creamy, featuring low to moderate banana and clove flavors. A grainy-sweet Pilsner malt and doughy wheat flavor forms the core. The finish is dry and crisp with very low bitterness and a lingering herbal cardamom and spiced cola aftertaste. Hop flavor is negligible.
