This Czech Premium Pale Lager, brewed traditionally using open fermentation in a spilka, presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by its deep golden hue and rich, bready malt character. The traditional fermentation technique preserves a clean profile while allowing the complex Czech malt backbone to shine through. Aromas of toasted bread and floral, spicy noble hops lead into a flavor profile where a firm, rounded bitterness balances the soft sweetness of the malt. With its medium body and smooth carbonation, this lager offers a classic pivo Plzeňského typu experience, concluding with a long, satisfying finish that highlights its balanced craftsmanship.

Appearance. Deep gold color (approximately 5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Dominated by rich, bready malt and a distinct spicy and herbal hop bouquet. A very low, clean diacetyl note is acceptable and contributes to the malt complexity.

Taste. Initial impression of rich, complex bready maltiness followed by a pronounced yet soft and rounded bitterness. The flavor profile includes floral and spicy hop notes that persist into the finish. Well-balanced between malt and hops, ending with a long, clean, and slightly sweet-bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, rounded mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate to low, providing a smooth texture without being sharp. No perceived alcohol warmth.
