Turning Point Brew Co.

This creative American Pale Ale presents a dessert-inspired profile, merging the structural balance of the style with the lush textures of a pastry ale. The aroma is dominated by rich, aromatic vanilla and a creamy, custard-like sweetness derived from a generous addition of lactose. Underneath, a base of neutral pale malts and wheat provides a soft, bready foundation. While it maintains the characteristic hop presence of a traditional pale ale, the perceived bitterness is notably softened by the velvety, chewy mouthfeel. The result is a smooth, indulgent experience that delivers a lingering sweet-cream finish and a distinctive vanilla-bean character throughout.
