This West Coast style American IPA delivers a classic resinous punch through a thoughtful blend of Chinook, Mosaic, and Citra hops. The aroma leads with heavy pine and grapefruit zest, evolving into layers of tropical mango and blueberry. On the palate, a crisp wheat-driven malt base provides a clean, bready foundation for an assertive, lingering bitterness that defines the style. Despite being unfiltered, the beer maintains a lean, refreshing structure. The collaboration with Elusive Brewing results in a balanced yet bold profile, where the sharp coniferous notes of Chinook harmonize with the vibrant, citrusy brightness of the modern American hops.

Appearance. Deep gold with a slight, natural haze from being unfined and unfiltered; supports a persistent, dense off-white head with significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent resinous pine, grapefruit rind, and subtle tropical stone fruit. A low, clean, grainy malt scent with a touch of bready wheat provides a neutral background.

Taste. Initial impression is aggressively hoppy, showcasing pine needles and citrus zest. Firm bitterness persists through the mid-palate, supported by light, toasted cracker and grainy wheat malt flavors. The finish is notably dry and crisp with a long, resinous aftertaste.
