This vibrant American Pale Ale takes the tropical foundation of the brewery’s flagship and elevates it with a generous addition of fresh mango. The result is an intensely aromatic experience where the natural stone fruit sweetness of the mango intertwines seamlessly with the citrus and resinous notes of New World hops. At 5.1% ABV, it maintains the approachable balance of the style, offering a clean, neutral malt backbone that supports the fruit without becoming cloying. It is a modern, fruit-forward interpretation that delivers a refreshing, juice-like character while retaining the crisp bitterness and high drinkability expected of a well-crafted pale ale.

Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (6–8 SRM) with a slight haze from the fruit addition. Features a moderately large, frothy white head with good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity fresh mango dominates the nose, complemented by secondary aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit, and a hint of piney hops. Low grainy-sweet malt provides a neutral background with a very clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of succulent mango and tropical fruit. Moderate hop bitterness provides a necessary counterpoint to the fruit sweetness. The malt flavor is low and bready, supporting a clean, medium-dry finish where lingering mango and a touch of hop resin persist pleasantly.
