This Australian Sparkling Ale delivers a refreshing, highly-carbonated experience tailored for bright sunshine. The malt profile is clean and grainy, providing a bready foundation for a modern trio of Southern Hemisphere hops. Galaxy imparts vibrant notes of passionfruit and citrus, while Vic Secret adds a touch of pineapple and resinous pine. Ella rounds out the sensory profile with delicate floral and spicy accents. Subtle esters of pear and red apple drift through the aroma, typical of the style. It finishes remarkably dry and crisp, with a firm, lingering bitterness that encourages the next sip, maintaining a medium-bodied presence through the palate.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (approx. 6 SRM). Tall, frothy, persistent white head with dense lacing. Hazy appearance as it is unfined and contains wheat.
