Tsunami

Tsunami's Saison of Anarchy is a robust expression of the Saison style, leaning into its rustic heritage. An intense yellow pour reveals a complex bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, gooseberry, and mulberry, underpinned by sharp herbaceous hop notes. The use of Rye imparts a distinctive grainy, spicy depth that provides a dynamic, round mouthfeel without sacrificing the style's signature attenuation. At 7% ABV, it presents a deeper drinkability while remaining extremely dry. The interplay between the rustic cereal character of the Rye and the vibrant, fruity fermentation profile makes for a complex, refreshing, and deeply satisfying farmhouse ale.

Appearance. Intense yellow (5-7 SRM) with a dense, compact, and persistent white head that leaves significant Belgian lacing. Unfiltered and slightly hazy, featuring high effervescence.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring a mix of fruity-spicy yeast and continental hops. Prominent esters of white-fleshed fruit, gooseberry, and mulberry are balanced by a moderate peppery phenol character. The malt presents a grainy, rustic quality with specific spicy notes from the Rye, complemented by herbaceous and earthy hop aromas.
